Kale Chips- WOW!!!!!!

KALE CHIPS are my favorite dehydrated snack- I think these can be made in an oven set really low as well- you may want to google it if you do not have a dehydrator.
1 (or more) bunch of kale (curly)
Olive Oil
Braggs
Apple Cider Vinegar
Lemon Juice
Pepper (black, cayenne)
Herbs (thyme, rosemary, oregano)
Jerk seasoning is optional
Nutritional Yeast is optional

Wash thoroughly then Remove center tough spine on the kale leaves. Break the kale leaves into 2 to 3 inch peices. place in a large bowl. Add all of the other ingredients on top of leaves, get a thorough coating of all of the seasonings on the leaves. Lay the leaves on the dehydrator trays and dehydrate for a couple of hours or however long is suitable in yours. I am telling you these are awesome! The lemon is incredible with the spice!!!

  1. Actually as I look back on this recipe- it is not even necessary to break the kale leaves up into the 2 to 3 inch pieces when I massage the seasonings into the kale it breaks up enough- plus the large chips are yummy as well! ALSO- take raw cashews (unsoaked) and grind them up in a high power blender then add them to the wet mixture and massage it into the kale- WOW! There are a lot of possibilities with the Kale chips- enjoy:)
