Get creative with the your ingredients use what you like:)
I love to add ginger for that extra zing:) sprouts for the life:) banana for the smoothness, mangos for the sweet and berries for the antioxidants:) GIVE THANKS for the RELATIONSHIP with NATURE!!!!!!!!!!!
