1C Dried Apricot (pureed in food processor)
1 C Raw Cashews
1 1/2 T Extra Virgin Coconut oil
pinch salt
Vanilla
Puree all of the ingredients in the food processor, press down in a oiled or lined pie pan. Refrigerate if you don't eat them all at once:) This is the best dessert I have made in a long time!
